While I do my very best to stay on schedule, occasionally I’m running behind as well!

Because of the nature of hair services we'll need to reschedule any arrivals more than 10 minutes late.

I know that's disappointing - it's not ideal for my schedule either. But delivering a 100% experience is my top priority. I simply can't accomplish that with less time.
