After 15 years in the beauty industry, I built the salon I always wished existed — Lagom Slow-Living Salon.

The name says it all. Lagom is a Swedish concept meaning just right — not too much, not too little. No loud chatter, no intimidating vibes. Just a quiet retreat designed by an empathetic introvert who believes your appointment should feel like a gift to yourself.

Outside the salon, you'll find me somewhere in the Ozarks — either disappearing into the woods with a 40lb pack on my back or tending our land with a passion for permaculture and conservation. I'm raising two little ones and a scruffy pup with my partner, doing our best to live simply and seasonally. That means cold plunges in the creek, come-as-you-are bonfires under the stars, and always making time for the people I love.

That same intention I bring to our life out here? I bring it to every appointment.
